24 hours advance notice is required in order to cancel the scheduled massage. If 24 hours notice is not given, client is billed for the cancelled session via credit card on file.
Climbers we realize your mountain schedule may change because of unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to work around your schedule.
Although it is hard to predict exactly when one will be down from the mountain, we have some general guidelines on when to schedule your massage based on which program you are participating in.
Consider booking a massage after your Climbing School to prep for your Summit Climb and/or a massage the morning after your Summit Climb. Also, chair massage, in 15 minute increments, may be available to be squeezed around your schedule!
Expedition Seminars are generally down between 2-3pm, so booking massage at 4 pm or after will give you enough time to arrive at Basecamp, eat, shower and arrive for your massage.
Climbing Schools are usually down by 5:00pm, so booking a massage 6:00pm or after will give you enough time to arrive at Basecamp, eat, shower and arrive for your massage.
Summit Climbs can be very unpredictable. We recommend booking a massage after 6:30 pm. If you are not down in time for the massage, you will NOT be charged. We recommend a massage the next morning, before your travels home.
